Hmm.. even if that were the case, i.e that their goal is to make EVE unplayable for everybody. I gonna call it now btw...(you can quote me on this in the futures) they will fail.
There are two things that will stop me playing EVE, one of them is CCP. The other is RL. Oh I guess if a cooler game comes out than this one I'll ditch EVE too, but that would be CCP's problem for not keeping up with the competition.
I don't see how goons could stop anybody playing EVE or anybody else for that matter. But then again I'm a little old fashioned and I don't really understand how the internetz works.
(as added protection I *always* wear tinfoil when logged on)
